Human rights activist, Mr. Joe Nwokedi will on March 21, 2026, be inducted as a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Administrators and Researchers of Nigeria (ICARN ).

According to a notice seen by CITY LAWYER, the induction ceremony will take place at Nigerian Educational Research & Development Council (NERDC)
NERDC Road, Alausa, Ikeja, Lagos.
