The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), Nigeria Branch, has unveiled another panel session for its 2026 Annual Conference and Gala Night.

According to the organisers, the conference is themed “Beyond Dialogue: Delivering Excellence in Arbitration and ADR” and is scheduled to hold from 4th to 6th November, 2026 at the EUI Centre, Port Harcourt.

As Africa’s infrastructure and construction projects continue to grow, so do the complexities and risks that come with them.

From delays and cost overruns to contractual disagreements and project disruption, disputes can have significant consequences for everyone involved.

This session brings together experienced practitioners and industry voices to explore how Arbitration and ADR can help address these challenges and support the effective resolution of infrastructure and construction disputes.
