We are honoured to welcome Mohammed Khamisa KC, Co-Chair of the International Arbitration Group and one of the leading figures in international commercial litigation and arbitration.

With over 36 years of experience, Mohammed specialises in complex, multi-jurisdictional disputes, international arbitration, commercial fraud, regulatory investigations, and banking and financial services matters. He has advised clients across the United Kingdom, the Middle East, Asia, and beyond, earning a reputation for handling some of the most sensitive and high-profile legal matters.

A King’s Counsel since 2022 (having been appointed Queen’s Counsel in 2006), Mohammed has served in several distinguished positions, including Standing Counsel to the British Government’s Department of Trade and Industry, Chairman of the Code Compliance Panel, and a Recorder of the Crown Court and County Court.
