The Nigerian Bar Association, Lagos Branch (NBA Lagos), in partnership with Penuel Prime Limited, has officially launched the Real Estate Inclusion and Asset Empowerment Programme (REIAP) a digital mortgage origination platform developed exclusively for legal practitioners in Lagos. Enrollment is now open.

Through this partnership, NBA Lagos members now have access to a structured and simplified pathway to property ownership on highly competitive terms.

Eligible members can access mortgage financing at interest rates of up to 9.75% per annum, with repayment tenures of up to twenty (20) years.

For members whose financing requirements exceed the standard ₦100,000,000 limit under the Ministry of Finance Incorporated Real Estate Investment Fund (MREIF), REIAP provides access to additional partner financing options and bespoke transaction structuring.
