In preparation for her inauguration as the 33rd President of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and the first woman to be elected as NBA President by direct ballot, the President-Elect of the NBA, Mrs. Oyinkansola Badejo-Okusanya, SAN, has approved the constitution of a Transition Implementation Committee (TIC).
According to a statement made available to CITY LAWYER, “The Committee will work in conjunction with the Transition Committee already set up by the President, Mazi Afam Osigwe, SAN, to ensure a seamless transition from the current administration to the incoming administration.”

NOTICE OF CONSTITUTION OF TRANSITION IMPLEMENTATION COMMITTEE (TIC)
Distinguished Colleagues,
The President-Elect of the Nigerian Bar Association, Mrs. Oyinkansola Badejo-Okusanya, SAN, has approved the constitution of a Transition Implementation Committee (TIC).
The Committee will work in conjunction with the Transition Committee already set up by the President, Mazi Afam Osigwe, SAN, to ensure a seamless transition from the current administration to the incoming administration.
