i-ADRN Announces 2026 Hybrid Training in Arbitration, ADR and Hybrid Processes for All Cadres – Registration Now Open

The Institute of Alternative Dispute Resolution Development and Conflict Management of Nigeria (i-ADRN) will hold a Hybrid Training in Arbitration, ADR and Hybrid Processes for All Cadres.

The training will cover Arbitration, Mediation, Negotiation and other ADR processes.

According to the Institute, the 5-day training is very intensive and practical based. It will delivered by renowned ADR practitioners in the Nigerian and international ADR space.

The training is for all professionals including Accountants, Architects, Lawyers, HR Practitioners, Estate and Quantity Surveyors, Engineers, Professionals in IT/Health Care/Marketing/Insurance/Communication/Administration and Business Development sectors as well as Union Leaders among others.

Training Schedule by Cadre:

1. Associates Cadre
   Date: 26th – 30th October, 2026
   Venue: Lagos / Abuja
   Qualification: 1 to 12 years post graduation
   Acronyms: AiADRN, AiCMN
   Fees: Physical – N250,000 | Virtual – N230,000
2. Member Cadre
   Date: 19th – 23rd October, 2026
   Venue: Lagos / Abuja
   Qualification: 13 to 24 years post graduation
   Acronyms: MiADRN, MiCMN
   Fees: Physical – N300,000 | Virtual – N270,000
3. Fellow Cadre
   Date: 19th – 23rd October, 2026
   Venue: Lagos / Abuja
   Qualification: 25 years + post graduation
   Acronyms: FiADRN, FiCMN
   Fees: Physical – N550,000 | Virtual – N500,000

The training will run from 9am to 5pm daily, with a virtual training option on the Zoom platform.
