OFFICIAL NOTICE: EXTENSION OF EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION FOR THE AWLA INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE 2026
The Leadership of AWLA International wishes to inform all members, partners and prospective delegates of the extension of the Early Bird Registration window for the much-anticipated AWLA International Conference.
We are delighted to announce that, in her magnanimity and deep commitment to inclusive participation, the Co-Host and Founder of AWLA, and the Indefatigable Chair of the International Conference Planning Committee (ICPC), Hon. Justice Nkemdilim Izuako (Rtd), has graciously approved the extension of the Early Bird Registration period.
This kind gesture, which has been wholly agreed to and endorsed by the President of AWLA International, Mandy Demechi-Asagba, is informed by the prevailing economic realities and the numerous financial obligations associated with this season, including back-to-school expenses after the long vacation and other exigencies faced by our members.
By this extension, the Early Bird Registration which officially closed on 20th September, 2026 is hereby re-opened and extended till 10th October, 2026.
The Founder, in her message, stated: “AWLA members – Please note that I must exercise my discretion as Founder and maintain the ‘early bird’ registration till 10th October at least! I cannot guarantee a good presence of AWLA members otherwise. Thank you”
The President, in concurrence, noted: “I concur dear Founder, as my phone has been buzzing for the past few days with members requesting for an extension of the early bird registration window”.
The ICPC Chair wrote: “My dear President, good afternoon. I wholly subscribe to the extension as it is likely to encourage more participants ………”
We therefore urge all members who are yet to register, and those who have been constrained by time and resources, to take full advantage of this magnanimous extension to register at the discounted Early Bird rate and be part of the change agents shaping the future of Africa.
