The Institute of Alternative Dispute Resolution Development and Conflict Management (i-ADRNigeria) is set to certify its first set of ADR practitioners.

The intensive 5-day programme will witness a hands-on training and practical knowledge of all ADR processes.

The hybrid training programme, which will be anchored by a best-in-class faculty comprising A-List ADR practitioners, will climax with certification of the participants as Fellow (FiADRN), Member (MiADRN) or Associate (AiADRN) of the Institute.

Prospective participants for the Associate Cadre must be between 1-12 years post-graduation while those for the Member Cadre must be at least 13 years post-graduation. Prospective participants for the Fellowship Cadre must be at least 20 years post-graduation.
