We are honoured to welcome Lawal Mohammed Alade Pedro SAN, the Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Lagos State.

A Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Certified Mediator, and accomplished legal author, Mr. Pedro has built an exceptional career spanning public service, litigation, arbitration, governance, and justice sector administration.

With decades of experience within the Lagos State justice system, he previously served as Solicitor General of Lagos State and made history as the first State Counsel in Nigeria to be conferred with the rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria while still in public service. He is also the founder of Lawal Pedro SAN & Associates.

As Managing Partner of Blackstone Legal Advisory Services and CEO of BlackStone Luxury Property Development, Viavo has led multimillion-dollar transactions and major real estate developments across Lagos. He is also a Director at Woodhall Capital Ltd, where he supports businesses with capital-raising, transaction structuring, and regulatory compliance.

Beyond business, he serves as Chairman of the Woodhall Foundation, championing initiatives focused on education, vocational training, and community development.
