ISAAC OGBAH (FICMC) CONGRATULATES HIS HOME BRANCH NBA OTA FOR THE HITCH FREE ELECTION HELD ON THE 28TH OF JUNE, 2022.

The Nigerian Bar Association Ota Branch aka “Utter Bar” conducted its election for the new sets of executives to run the affairs of the branch from July 2022 to July 2024. The election led to the emergence of Mr. Adewale Adegoke as the chairman elect and Mrs. Funmi Ajele as the Secretary.

Mr. Isaac Ogbah, a former Chairman and the branch’s current NEC representative; who is vying for the post of the Third National Vice President of the NBA aknowledges the sacrifices and feats achieved by the outgoing executives that is being distinguishingly led by Joseph Taiwo Ogunniyi Esq. for the remarkable feats being recorded during their tenure.

He admonishes the incoming executives to keep the flag flying and not rest on their oars. He has no doubt that the Chairman elect, who coincidentally is the current Vice Chairman of the branch will maintain and increase the pace set by past chairmen and leaders of the branch.

The “Utter Bar” election has always been a family affair and this recently conducted one is not an exception. It was rancour free. Held in an atmosphere of merrimen-cum-joviality.

He congratulates all members of the branch for the success of this election. He admonishes them not to relent in their renown personal sacrifices and commitments to further advancement of the branch.

Uneasy lies the head that wears the crown they say, Mr. Adewale Adegoke and his team of seasoned legal practitioners assembled by the electorates of the branch should be be ready to weather any any storm that may come their way.
