The Bayelsa Bar has adopted and endorsed EBIERE EMMANUELLA EKPESE as the sole candidate for the position of National Assistant Publicity Secretary in Saturday’s Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) Elections.

In a joint statement by the two branches of NBA Branch Yenagoa and NBA Sagbama Branch, the Bayelsa Bar stated that “We found her a worthy and credible representative of the State to the NBA National.”

The branches stated that Ekpese has the “most persuasive Manifesto that will add immense value to the NBA brand,” adding that “given her pedigree and track record of service to the Bar, we have implicit confidence in her ability to discharge the mandate of the office of National Assistant Publicity Secretary as set out in the NBA Constitution.”

Both past Chairmen, Elders and members of both the Yenagoa and Sagbama branches as well as the Chairperson FIDA Bayelsa were on ground to throw their weight behind Ekpese whose campaign has continued to garner more supporters on a daily basis.

I started my law practice in the office of my boss the former Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice A. S. Arthur when he was Special Prosecutor on Violent Crimes and other Related Offences.

Ebiere Emmanuella Ekpese was the one in charge of the day-to-day running of the office, and she was committed and excellent in her duties.

I have also served with Ebiere in different committees in the NBA, and one thing no one can take away from her is her commitment to duty.

Ebiere absolutely suitable for the office of ASSISTANT PUBLICITY SECRETARY of the NBA and I hereby endorse her for the post.
