A Bar Leader and former Chair of Surulere Lawyers Forum, SLF (now NBA Surulere Branch), Chioma Ferguson, has endorsed Mr. Tobenna Erojikwe for the position of Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) President.

Speaking recently during an Award by NBA Surulere Branch in recognition of her exceptional leadership and service to the Bar, Ferguson said that Erojikwe has the best Manifesto to lead the Bar at this time.

She said: “With Tobenna, NBA shall be great again! Lawyers are not meant to be poor. Our system  demands decisive leadership which Tobenna represents. He knows our professional issues and will tackle them head-on.

“Tobenna will ensure goal-oriented collaboration with the Judiciary, leading to efficiency in our court and judicial system.

“He is poised to deliver practical reforms that will enhance efficiency and transparency as well as restore public confidence in the administration of justice.

“Tobenna will address long-standing issues such as case backlogs, corruption, and undue delays.
