“I shall also strongly advocate that an additional 10% be paid by the NBA National to respective branches of the NBA as welfare remittances to branches from the practicing fees paid by the respective members of the branches.

This would aid the various branches of the NBA in ensuring that the inundating welfare needs of their members are met. As you may be aware, this suggestion has been approved and agreed upon at various NEC meetings of the NBA but yet to be implemented”.

“In addition to all the above I shall also strive to ensure that that the law officers in government employment be supported by the Association for improved condition of services.

Hence, their legal rights must be recognized by the governments of both the Federal and at State levels as well as by the Association and supported”
