The Express road leading to the Estate was commissioned on 28th May ,2024 and named after President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. This is indicative of the intention to complete the road before the end of Tinubu’s Tenure and once that happens, the value will quadruple; to say the least.

It is affordable now because that Express road from Area 3 junction to the Estate has not been completed.

It is wise to key in now!
