It’s with profound joy and excitement that Sabastine Anyia congratulates the Chairman of NBA, Lagos branch, our own amiable Olabisi Makanjuola and his executive committee for their well thought out law week. I also welcome Distinguished Senior Advocates, Benchers, elders at the Bar esteemed delegates, learned friends, colleagues, candidates and visitors to Eko.

NBA Lagos branch is the biggest branch of NBA in Nigeria and has demonstrated that she is a true leader by the way she organized the affairs of NBA in her branch. One can say without fear of contradictions that NBA Lagos branch is truly the centre of excellence.

I’m proud of the branch Chairman, a humble, calculative and results oriented young man. His achievements speak for him. My chair, as you lined up this wonderful program for your law week and the legal Giants to feed us with wisdom, I pray that we benefits enormously therefrom for the glory of this profession and for the upliftment of our nation.

I’ve no doubt that the gathering of these legal GIANTS in this law week shall guide us and give us the direction to pilot the affairs of this great country in a manner that will make us truly the giant of Africa.

I wish us all safe travels as we journey to attend NBA, Lagos law week. I wish NBA Lagos branch a rewarding outing.
