ILO NOMINEES TO TRAIN INDUSTRY LEADERS ON CORPORATE GOVERNANCE, DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The ILO Nominees Limited is set to organize a training programme on the theme, “Corporate governance and dispute resolution.”
According to the organisers, “This course will give an insight into the responsibilities of the board, the importance of corporate governance and the critical role of Alternative Dispute Resolution in corporate governance disputes.”
Noting that it is imperative to equip the board and management with knowledge and skills to enhance organisation’s reputation and brand value, the organisers added that this can be achieved “through a robust understanding of the governance system as well as techniques in alternative dispute resolution that can aid in the prevention and resolution of disputes which is a key driver for investor buy-in and business continuity.”
Aside from lawyers, business owners and top management, the target audience for the eagerly awaited training include directors, executive directors, company secretaries, conflict resolution experts, change management consultants, human resource consultants, and line managers.
